Useful tip:
creating Zoomable Panel icons like in the Mac

creating Zoomable Panel icons

icons that double in size when your mouse moves over them...

1. It would be sensible to note that this function does not work in the very large sizes (heights) of the Panel/Taskbar - Medium and Small sized ones do work though.

Go to L-Menu - Settings - Control Panel as a starting point...

2. Click on Control Panel and up comes the standard dialogue on which we pick
Panel... and then on the right hand side Enable Icon Zooming"...

3. Click Applyand OK and try it...

Thank-you to Kendall Dawson of Linspire.com for his permission to take a page he coded and allowed us use of it on this site.
We wanted to create a site with useful links on every page, and ideas we got from his page made it possible. This is open-source in operation!
